A series of films about Belarusian culture and history. Particularly the little-known one from Podlasie. The name "Chto ty hetki? / Who are you?", is the beginning of a poem by a classic writer of Belarusian poetry, Janek Kupala, and the work has similar overtones to Władysław Bełza's poem "Catechism of a Polish child".
