The second Recitation Competition took place on 21.02.2023, with performers who were also from abroad, including the UK, USA, Lithuania, Georgia and Belarus. More than 80 people entered the first stage of the competition, and 21 of the best qualified for the final. Thanks to broadcasting and video streaming, participants who could not be in Bialystok in person had the opportunity to perform at the final gala online. This gala took place at the Bialystok Puppet Theatre and was broadcast online. The artistic part also took place during the jury's deliberations. Chryścina Drobyš talked about how audiobooks are made, revealed the secrets behind the creation of the recording of 'Winnie the Pooh' and taught the young audience how to use different voices. The premiere and first presentation of the Audiobooks.by and Knižny voz "Mova 404. Narodnaja kniha" was also held.
